The Qatar Airways Melbourne Office are here to help. Whether your ticket is fully-refundable, partly refundable or a gift voucher, or if you're merely exploring the options, we're happy to talk you through it. Being well prepared can speed up the process, so keep your e-ticket and documentation, email confirmation and proof of payment, in a safe, ready-to-forward location. Patience and correct information go hand-in-hand, and often translate into money in your pocket when you've had to cancel or postpone a trip.
